Random Keyboard and Mouse lag
I've been playing CS:GO and TF2 recently and have been noticing an issue with my mouse and keyboard. They will randomly stop working, then repeat key inputs from when it stopped responding. This can happen to just the keyboard, the mouse, or both. I've tried swapping both keyboard and mouse, but it would do the same thing, leaving me to believe that this is a problem with the PC. This mostly occurs when playing a game such as CS:GO or TF2, but can occur when using a simple program such as Paint or Microsoft Word. What exactly is the problem with my computer?

What windows are you using? Assuming you're using 7, do the following:

Go to the Start > Control Panel > Mouse Click on the Pointer Options tab Ensure that Display Pointer Trails, Smart Move, and Acceleration in Games options are disabled (some of these options may not be displayed, depending upon which version of Windows you are using) Exit the Mouse Properties window by clicking OK to save your changes

Let me know of the results.

Is it a very slow response time? Like if you play csgo and start walking or something it starts walking a few seconds AFTER you press the "w" key and if it does it in microsoft word does it start typing AFTER you start typing? If so I may have a fix to that but im going to wait for your answer to see if thats it...

Yes, that happens sometimes.

That's fine. Disable it and try playing the game again.

I've had it disabled previously, but the lag still occurs.

Ok first I deleted my temp files by opening the start menu and typing "%temp%" (Without quotes) then I opened run and typed in temp without percent signs and clicked enter.. It may ask for permission.. Click yes as most of those files are useless... Anything that says try again or skip click skip but first check "do this with all items"... But anything were you have the option to continue click "do this with all items" The checkbox may be a bit different and say omething else but click the little box then click continue or skip if continue isn't an option... Next download advanced systemcare and scan your pc then click fix... THEN in advanced systemcare go to I think an "Optimize tab then click customize under turbo boost and check ALL proccesses you don't need... There are multiple tabs within it for different things such as background apps, start up apps, ect.. Click ALL that you don't need.. Then click gaming mode.. THEN finally click start the advanced systemcare plan on startup... The systemcare plan is a power plan that boosts the power of your pc a bit...

Oh and then turn your PC off and back on... Then it should work... If not come tell me what is still happened so I can help further.. I know quite a bit about making PC's faster such as overclocking (When applicable), optimizing it, getting rid of un needed files, cleaning out viruses, ect..

I hope I helped...
