Buying certain pack when I already have part of it.

What would happen if I buy "Valve Complete Pack" when I already have 4 of the games in my steam acc?
these 4 games will be a gift or something?

Those 4 games will be gifts for you to give.

Do not ever assume you will get gifts. That is the exception, not the rule.

Unless you own Half-Life 2 and/or Half-Life 2: Episode One, you will not get any gifts.

Those two are the exceptions when it comes to the Valve Complete Pack.

If you already own Counter-Strike: Source; for example, you will not get a spare copy of that.

It's worth noting that you'll only get those extras from the Valve pack once.

For example if you bought HL2, then the Orange Box, then the Valve Complete you'd only get the gift from the Orange Box.

You won't get gifts, I already owned cs:go when I bought the cs complete bundle but i didnt get a csgo gift or key
