SPLIT SCREEN SETTING *HORIZONTAL SCREEN MODE* *NEED HELP BLACK OPS 3

I WOULD LIKE TO USE KEYBOARD AND MOUSE IN THE BOTTOM SCREEN AND MY XBOX 360 WIRELSS CONTROLLER ON THE TOP SCREEN.

I'm unable to change the controller as 2nd player.

My goal:

Horizontal screen split mode:

Top screen - 360 controlelr
Bottom screen - keyboard and mouse


Please help if any of you guys know how to change the setting.

so pretty much I can't play my keyboard and mouse on the bottom part of the screen?

no way to change the 360 controller to play on the top half of the screen?
