i just downloaded the can you run it, loader thing and now i think i F'ed up cause i dont know if its a virus. I should get a anti-virus

Yes it is safe. Lesmoore pinned a post somewhere and he recommended it on some forum. I can't remember which one though.

That's an anti-malware software. Get a good anti-virus also. You should run full scans of both as your PC has been insecure online.

that mostly scans for malware you will want a dedicated anti virus on top of it

Just remember even the best antivirus won't catch everything and it is not a hall pass to click any and everything. Just use it in conjunction withh common sense safe internet practices and you should be good.
