Suddenly have 400 dollars in my Steam Wallet??
So, I woke up today and I had 2 unread emails. One of them said 399.51 dollars had been added to my steam wallet. The other said I had spent it on a purchase with some user who hasn't played since 2008 and isn't even in my friends list? Apparently I bought two Green Camo Netguns, one for 388 bucks and the other for 10. I don't even play the game those weapons are from! How can I get my money back?

Reset your password first. In the email to confirm, there will be a link to lock your account. Use it. Then secure your PC. Download and update Malware Bytes. Update your antivirus. Restart your PC in safe mode, do a full scan with Malware Bytes, with rootkit detection enabled. Then do another full scan with your antivirus.

Only when your PC is secure, change all your passwords (including email.) Then register a support account and open a ticket. Keep in mind that if you do a chargeback, Steam will suspend all activity other than playing existing games on your account, which could become permanent if the chargeback is not reversed. Talk to Steam first.
Your PC is likely heavily compromised so run a full anti-malware scan along with a complete sweep of your premium anti-virus. Once those two softwares have ran and completed and all infections are removed; you need to change every online account password you have associated with the device and then contact Steam Support. If your own bank card was used in this; you should freeze it so no further activity can occur in the meantime.

You should action this ASAP instead of being in-game as this is a very serious situation.
SOMEBODY HAXED UR COMPOOTER!!!!!1!!1!11! ;]
But I've never used a Visa (or any credit card) to add funds to my wallet. Just gift cards.
Use the web browser on your mobile phone and change the password for everything ASAP.

Also run a full virus/spyware scan on your computer.

Stupid idea, Why you you ever reset your password BEFORE removing the malware? The malware will just get your new password....

Then someone has likely laundered a stolen credit card through your account which will leave you responsible and your account at risk of termination. You need to secure your PC with the relevent software and contract Steam Support immediately explaining the situation. Do this now instead of playing Garry's Mod as your PC is deeply compromised.

You don't reset your password. You request a password reset, which sends an email confirmation which contains the link to lock your account. You cannot lock your account voluntarily without one of these emails.
