Steam Took 14.99 $ without my permission (Stole) ! Need help fast .

I bought Cs:Go At 20,Nov,2015 for 14.99 $ ! Then at 23,Nov,2015 steam took 14.99 $ without my permission , i didn't purchase anything , i checked my purchase history and my last purchase was at 20.Nov , what Happened ? Give me my money back !!

If you check your purchase history in account details, are there two listings for CS:GO for $14.99?

I did check my purchase history , I've purchased the game only ones at 20th of Nov !

Steam may not immediately collect the money. Are you sure that two separate debits of $14.99 were made?

Do you have steam linked to your card, or do you "add funds to steam wallet"?

If its the 1st then it could be the transaction processing time as the above poster says.

I'm pretty sure that two separate debits of $14.99 were made , And i have a visa linked to steam ! i didn't and don't ever add any funds .

A debit doesn't necessarily mean you added funds, it could be a purchase as well. But yes, you should contact Steam support.

The only way to contact Steam support is through a ticket, if you contacted them you already have an open ticket.

Oh, i realized now it's called a (Ticket) i didn't know ...Kappa ! they replied earlier today they said that Many credit card companies will place a hold on your funds before authorizing a transaction. In some cases this hold will display as a separate transaction; however, we have only submitted one charge for processing.(Usually this hold will be removed from your statement within 3-5 business days) So i'll check it out and See what happens .
