Spacewar is a demo source of a simple game with all (or at least most) of the features offered by Steamworks, and usually is used by devs who what to put them on their game on Steam... and apparently many pirated games take advantage of it.
If you have it on your profile likely means 2 things: either you, or someone else with your account, downloaded and ran a pirated game or you are a Steamworks dev who downloaded and compiled it. And you can't get rid of it.
It is a demogame free for all, I downloaded it some years ago just to see what it was, I'm not a developer and I have never user pirated games. The two reasons you claim has now become three.
People can install/download it via steamdb or direct link.

Not if you did not do anything wrong, there is no risk in downloading and playing SpaceWar.
BTW.
If you uninstall SpaceWar it will disapere from your gameslist again.
If you only installed and played SpaceWar you will not get into any trouble.
It will go away if you uninstalle it, if you want it removed from last played, play 3 other games, and its gone.
Wasn't that a source of a game? Or is it fully compiled and usable right away?
Do not worry about it, there is no risk, I can see you only have 2 games, if you install one of the free2play games on Steam and play that game, the last trace of Spacewar will go away ;)
It is compiled, the green "free" button in my steamdb link is for downloading/installing, it's a very simplistic game, it is just like asteroids.
