Why does Steeam downloading games?
I do have the dvd-s games and Steam steel continues to downloading the entire game.
It´s so much loss of time. :(
Can anybody help me with installing and cancelling the downloading,while it normaly need to install it from dvd disc??

Because very few games stay at v1.00 anymore.

And then there's case scenarios where the developer decides to utilize digital downloads to start off with.

i.e. Fallout 4 only installs 5GB from the physical disc and the rest is downloaded through Steam.
