Indiegala Receipt Emails
During my last two purchases from Indiegala, I no longer seem to be getting my receipt email. I still get the confirmatioon email, and my keys are ok. This has only started happening since they made changes to the payment part of their website. Does anyone else have this issue?

N.B. I emailed Indiegala a few days ago, though I'm yet to hear anything back.

Yeah the same here, just got the email for activate the keys, but no receipt, so this sort of problem since i don't remember how much i paid for it ....

I did get a reply from their support that said,

"Hello,

This is an error and we’re working to fix it as soon as possible.

It happend only for the credit card payments, all other payment methods should have a receipt available.

Thank you."

This was early December, so I guess they're struggling to resolve the issue. Fingers crossed they'll have it fixed soon.

Well .... indiegala only accept credit card payment right ? i just purchase another indiegala and still not recieving receipt ... (Using mastercard) , this is getting troublesome if they dont fix it soon. You wouldn't know when maybe your brother or friends start buy large of bundle without us knowing it how much money we spend though lol ....

So this issues still not solved for around 2 months more huh ... hope they at least at indiegala panel showed up the transaction history or something

They also accept PayPal, PaySafe, and BitCoin.

i think next time i should try paypal , just want to check if this problem persist with other payment method

If you want the receipt for your records (like I did), email Indiegala and they'll send you a copy of it.
