How to check Rockstar Social Club account ID connected to Steam?

Hello!
I have L.A. Noire and remmember having to log in to RSC to play this game. Now I have just installed GTA 5 (retail, no-steam) and want to use cd-key on the same RSC account that is connected to Steam. However when I try to log in, all my mail addresses that I use do not exist.
Is there a way to attain RSC credentials withaout installing the (LA Noire) game?
If no, will it punish me in future if I just create new account? I mean will there be trouble if I want to play with friends online, or try to connect accounts?
