Skryim High Res Textures 2 and 3 Disabled?

Hi! I'm looking in my load order to make sure everything is set up correctly before I start playing. Under my "Unofficial High Res Patch" it tells me that the Masters for this plugin are High Res Texture Packs 1 2 and 3. I downloaded this from the steam store, but for some reason only texture pack 1 is enabled. High Res Texture Packs 2 and 3 are listed as "Disabled". Will this have an effect on my game and how do I fix this?

Typically, Bethsda games have a launcher where you can click "DATA FILES" and enable mods there.

The only game I have ever modded is The Sims, so this is a very new experience for me. Please, stay with me here. I'm looking at my Data Files folder and I see the 2nd and 3rd texture pack files (.bsa) So from there, how exactly do I enabled them?

Go to the Skyrim launcher from Steam, then click on 'data files' from there, then click the little checkbox on those two.

Please read my post. I said "launcher", not "folder".

Done and done. They were already checked. Still telling me that they are disabled in my load order on Nexus ModManager.

If you're using NMM try checkmarking them if they're on your loadlist / plugins list on there.

I just removed the dlc all together and redownloaded it from steam and it enabled itself properly the second time. I appreciate your help.

I really don't understand why people feel the need to comment with wtf. My DLC did not install itself properly, and therefore, I asked a simple question as for how to get it fixed. I bought the game TODAY, guys. Chill out.

Thank you ReBoot and Tilu for being so helpful. And by the way Tilu, they weren't showing up on my plugin list at all, only pack 1. So, like I said, it was just a bad installation, and a very simple solution. Thank you so much for your help.
