Weird problem with my external hard drive, can't play my games (Solved)
I don't know what happened today with my external hard drive. I just plugged it in again and it is recognized as Hard Drive (F). Before it was the letter (E). So I have most of my games in this drive. But now since the letter changed to (F) it's like steam does not recognize the folder so I have to re-download everything again even though I can access my data on the external drive, but not use it. Like it doesn't belong to me anymore. Isn't there a way to just tell steam to recognize the games I have? Thanks

get internal harddrive
I don't get it. Internal hard drive as the one already inside my computer? If that's the case I already have one hence why I have an "external" drive so I can have more space. It's just that alot of my games are now in my external drive because I lack memory on my local disk. If that is what you meant.
You shouldnt be trying to run games off a external hard drive ( I assume you mean a HD you connect to your comp using a USB cord).

Yeah I know it's a risky thing to do. But I can't really do anything at this point. But thanks for the feedback. I managed to solve this by adding the folder location on settings. Now I have all my game installed.
