Remove family view without email? (SOLVED)

So basically today my account was hacked, the hacker changed the email registered with my account then enabled family view to prevent me from changing back the email. Does anyone know how to either remove family view without using email or change email while family view is still enabled?
I have submitted a ticket to steam support but they take forever to respond and the hacker has been trying to hack others on my friend list so I would like it sorted asap

So, really no easy way to do it but I "hacked" the steam client using cheat engine to give myself an infinite number of attempts at the family view code without any cooldown then wrote a brute force program to try all numbers between 0 and 9999, 45mins later it found the correct code and I had my account back

omg, i have the same problem ryt now. but in a diff way. the same dude did this twice to me. First time i hacked into the recovery email "[e-mail]" and got my trade back. But this time he has used a gmail acc with 2 step. i cant hack in. Steam ticket takes too long. Can u pls send me the link to the cheat engine. ill be so gratefull

Well, if you "hacked" the gmail servers like you claim then bypassing mobile auth shouldn't be any problem, you know...since you're already..."in the system."

I wonder how such an amazing hacker as yourself managed to not have anti-virus/firewall and on top of that fall for a "click this link!" scam twice.

Have you tried isolating the node and dumping him on the other side of the router?
