I dont know how to buy stuff off steam with visa

Ok basically it asks for a billing adress and i searched it on google and it said the adress that i live in but the thing is i live in a very kindof undeveloped country and i dont have an adress so what do i do??? I found my postal code via a site that found it for me...

Is it a pre-paid visa debit card, a bank linked visa debit card, or a visa credit card?

umm i think its a credit card

Well when you get a credit card you are required to have a billing address. Does she not know the billing address associated with the card?

I asked her and she has no clue and then i googled it and i asked for the adress here and she said we dont have an adress were just kinda like suburban town next to a city

Well on the back of the card there should be a phone number she can call and they will verify she is the cardholder and be able to get the info you need.

how is the billing adress supposed to look she might be able to know if shes seen anything like it

btw if billing adress means that she gets a bill from the bank every time i buy something i dont think shes ever gotten any mail or bill like that i think she has a certain amount of $ in her card and u use some of it

House number on Your street
Your Town, Your State/province, Your zipcode

For example

Mr. Fake Person
123 Main Street
Charleston, South Carolina 29401

I'mpretty sure it will require something be written in those fields before you can even submit the purchase.

Zip codes are just a numeric sequence used to assign geographic postal zones.
