I was asked during a casual match for a trade. The following is my current report to steam as well as the conversation that was had in chat. Please be sure to watch out for anyone using a similar game tag as the below.

Below is the conversation that was had between myself and this player. The knife was a M9 Bayonet stat trak. He now has it in his inventory.
His current Alias list includes: CATastrophie; CATastrophie Trading; CATastrophie; CATastrpohie trading; CATastrophie123123; CATastrophie Csgo-lottery; CATastrophie; Lucky Charms; and Lucky Charmes. I would greatly appreciate an immediate response. I would also assume that given the number of similar name changes that this account has been use for this many times. I intend to take this to the CSGO forums. Thank you.

I'm not shaming anyone and I've included his gamer tag for identification. Shaming would imply that I am maliciously attacking the player and I am not. I reported what has happened and identified the person who did it to me.

Went ahead and removed the web links from the name because I was unaware that it was a scam site.
