Is it safe to buy from HRK?
I've been thinking of buying Fallout 4 from that website, i'm not certain it's safe

It either owned or sponsored by another brand that isn't a legal key seller.(as seen on the bottom of the store) So my money is on that hrk isn't legit either.

g2a is not an authorized seller, but a nest of scammers. If you haven't had any problem with it yet, specially if you use it to buy "big" games and not games from bundles and such, consider yourself lucky, because one day you may find your Steam account locked because one of the games you bougth there had been bought with a fraudulent credit card by the guy who sold the game to you, and this is a true example I have seen.

I know that's an old post but I can't help but notice how can someone lie even if they have no profit out of it. You can't get tour account locked. Worst case scenario your Game will be revoked. Everything else you hear it's a lie.

In case of repeated involvement with chargeback frauds or frauds in general Valve can and will terminate your account. So it can happen. Just not on the first time.

Don't buy from unauthorized resellers and you won't have such problems in the first place. There are enough legit resellers that offer good prices.
Use sites like http://isthereanydeal.com to find them.
