[Fixed] Can't reinstall Steam

For some reason i can't start Steam or even play games, i tried re-installing Steam but it says it's still open, when i try to search for the process and try to close it, tells me "access denied" (also tried this with cmd)...
Tried deleting everything in Steam Folder except steamapps and Steam.exe but didn't worked...
So... i can't open Steam or even reinstall it...
what else can i try?

Use CCCleaner and terminate it via Task Manager.

Scan for malware using Malwarebytes.

I'll keep googling for any other way to fix this... i dont want to reinstall windows...

CCCleaner should work.

If it doesn't you need to reinstall Windows.

i had to download a rar with steam's folder, then launched uninstall.exe and it uninstalled without any problem (sadly uninstalled my games too but its better than nothing)

So what file did you download for it to work? I would like to know cause i have the same problem with my steam and can get it to work

any idea where you found teh rar folder to fix this? having a very similar issue myself now. :/ steam like 1/3 uninstalled while trying to uninstall/reinstall it. x-x

I don't remember, it took me a long time to find it. If you want i can upload the uninstaller and send you the link. (pm me just to be safe)

i managed to get it fixed up after a CCCleanup run or three finally. thank you though bud :)
