AoE 3 Complete Edition - Product Key II Need Help II

Hi Everybody,
i got the following problem:
i cant activate AOE3 on steam
i got my physical copy of AoE3 Complete Edition i bought ages ago and my product key in the format: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX now i read the steam forums and it says i need to enter a cd key in the format: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
what i got here is 5 cds 3 for AOE 2 for the DLCs and 3 Product Keys ... what am i supposed to do ? :C trying to activate the game mutiple times didnt work :I hope you guys can help

Maybe try to get a refund since the format has changed and it's not submited /activated. Or try send steam message to give you access to a new one, but provide full evidence that you have bought the cd key already.

if the key isn't accepted, there is nothing you can do about it. it's up to the publisher to make provisions for old keys to be accepted on Steam.
