That was painful to read. The moment someone writes you that they are a steam support member and are here for some sort of violation on your part you do these 3 things in order:
1. Laugh out loud
2. Write " piss off scammer"
3. Block that user and then report his profile for phishing

NEVER trust anyone on Steam who suddenly chats with you and talks about items and trading. Block them. Unless you are a kid, It's really obvious that it was scam attempt at the moment he said "ima steam support staff memeber". Common sense.
