CSGO Friend Help
Is there a way My friend can give me csgo even if they have over 1,000 hours on a game?

It doesn't matter how much he's played it, he can always just buy a gift copy and send it to you.

@FFL2and3rocks , What do u mean by a gift copy, do you mean that he has to play $15 and just send it as a gift because i thought there was a way u could give your friend ur copy of a game (CSGO) for free.

Yes, he has to buy another copy as a gift. The games in his library are attached to his account forever and can never be transferred to someone else no matter what. There's no such thing as a used game on Steam.
