Games won't launch and run in background as processes.
Greetings.
As stated in the title most video games executables or other applications won't launch when I open them (with or without administrator access) and run in background, if I try to open multiple times and check the task manager I notice they will continuously be added as processes (hope I said it right, not a computer expert).

This started happening some months ago so going to a previously saved system backup won't happen. Some applications still open if I open as administrator, like League of Legends, and others normally.

I use Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 10240), latest update; GTX 970; and all drivers are supposedly updated.

Now that I am at it I also have another question, I have several Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x86, each occupying 34 Gb, I know that several programs use different MVC++R but aren't they usually under 1 Gb? These are occupying most of my SDD Card space.

Appreciate any help given.
I would post some Print Screens but unfortunately Steam doesn't allow that, too much time supporting emoticon functionality I suppose. :tl2engineer:

Ps: Should I be posting this here, or in "Hardware and Operating Systems"?
