Can't type letter "Ç" in password field

i recently changed my password and now i can't log in from steam setup, only from browser.
when i try to recover account, steam gets bugged and wont show nothing.

Hold down the ALT key and enter one of the two codes below on your keyboard's number pad, then release ALT:

0199 = Ç (Upper case cedilla)
0231 = ç (Lower case cedilla)

Make sure you use the number pad and not the number keys above the letters.

press ALT+Shift to change the language of the keyboard... check if this works :3 Ç ç or copy and paste these characters :3

i already tried that, uninstalled steam twice already, when i try to click in "i can't remember my password" steam gets bugged and nothing happens..

You have the letter "Ñ" on your keyboard? the key so if you're looking at the second side of the "Ñ"

nope, i got a pt keyboard, i was able to change the password and i logged in every time i want to play, suddenly it just stop working and steam support dont answer my tickets..

a ticket can take long you are not helping when you make more than one.
they will just get merged.

I see no way of resetting the password without the client.

it's impossible, the 1st ticket was 25september, i really dont know whats the problem..

it can take weeks or months.
just keep trying the recovery maybe from another computer.

i already asked my friends to try and steam bugs the same way it does in my computer, a little bit crippy but idk..
