Steam user sent me a keylogger/malware

http://steamcommunity.com/id/[REDACTED]/ this guy sent me a keylogger/malware. Now, the download did not finish, chrome says that it blocked it. I however, am not sure abouth that, and after 3 cleans with my antivirus i still don't feel safe. What should i do? i can't change my password because if the keylogger trully has been installed it would be pointless since he/she could just use the new password. He/she can and will probably delete this ticket since i made this account 10 minutes ago and, if the keylogger has installed, he/she has access to it. What am i supposed to do? the best i came up with was activating the email request for trades again

also i just got another scammer message. http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/******* and guess what, another keylogger. Oh my god i love this community. i will try the safe mode thing btw thxs
