Paysafe issue in Greece (paysafe to paypal?)

Hello, as many of you know we can't add funds on steam with paysafe, we can purchase them doe(not like before) but i saw a lot of forums and the THING is that we just can't add funds with paysafe right now so my question is can you transfer paysafe to paypal? Because i bought 30euros worth of paysafe but can't put them on steam so does anyone know if it is possible to transfer paysafe to a paypal account? or money bookers? I'm searching for a safe way to do this.

You make a PayPal account and see what payment methods you can use to add money there.

There are some sites that do transfer paysafecard pins to your paypal with crazy fees but still i wouldn't trust them. I also doubt greek paysafecard pins would work there too.
