Will i ever get unbanned ?!

So around 3 months ago i got restricted from most of the stuff on my account like trading etc, i was supposed to get unbanned YESTERDAY (2nd october) And i've been waiting all day, restarting my steam every once a while to check if i got unbanned and nothing...Any suggestions to what should i do ? i've sent them a question on my original ticket, but im still waiting for a reply.

If your account is suspended due to a fraudulent chargeback and you haven't reversed it by paying Valve their money back in the 9 week/93 day window; the restriction will remain forever and your account will be permanently suspended. The 3 month ban only lifts once the dispute is reopened and cancelled - failure to do this in the timeframe means that the current restriction will persist and will never be removed.

it said the transactions were failed and the bans will not be pernament. they replied with a comment saying you account will unlock on October 2nd

You don't get a 3 month ban for a failed transaction. It has to be a severe breach listed here https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=5406-WFZC-5519

If the ban hasn't been lifted automatically; it most likely wont. All you can do is await a response from Support and see if there is a compromise.

a person from the support wrote to me and said it was only for 3 months, so the support can't lie, maybe they have to unlock my account ?

I've send them multiple questions today, so i'll just wait until i get replied
