Unable to top up with CIMB Malaysia Debit card
I have a CIMB Debit Card and I'm trying to top up some funds for my steam account but everytime I try, I get this error

"Your purchase has not been completed. Your credit card information has been declined by your credit card company.

Note that in some cases, your credit card company may put a 'hold' on funds in your account, but you will not be charged. After correcting any errors in the information displayed below, please try your purchase again."


I've been trying to find a solution. I've heard that other people that have a similar problem were told to call for customer service and tell the to unblock/allow the transaction to go through but I was just put on hold and left hanging then the call just drops. I've called twice and both times I couldn't get any help.
Something else I've heard from others is that, go to an ATM machine and allow transactions with steam from there. If anyone knows the path or is able to give me instructions to do so, it'd be appreciated.

Already read. Didn't really help. Trying to get some other solutions
i just read create cimb kwik account and pay it from there and that atm system u may need to ask in bank to some admin its hard to use some debits in steam

For some reason I can't make a kwik account. I tried registering, put my info and everything but it just redirects me back to my CIMB Clicks home page after I filed in everything and clicked Next
