Where do I report someone that is selling Steam accounts?
There is this person that is bragging about selling Steam Accounts on another part of the Steam Forums, thought I would report them given I read it is a violation of the Steam SA but such an option is not in the Report Account tab, so, how do I proceed?

Just get their steam ID and email the steam support team they will handle it

if it is on the steam forums than just report the post.
but I bet it is in a game hub or group discussion and not on the steam forums.

you can still report the profile for it be creative, no need to email anybody or contact steam support.

I'm surprised Steam doesn't do anything about all the Steam accounts being sold on ebay...

do what about it exactly and how?
I would asume the smarter sellers don't link the accounts.

and anybody can link any account on ebay just for fun.

Ebay has made arrangements before in the past to not sell stolen or other certain licenced information. Steam accounts could be no differerent. There is clause against selling your Steam account when you sign up with Steam, in case you didn't bother to read it. That's enforceable.

so why valve if it is a rule on ebay?
ebay know just fine you can not sell steam accounts.

and I don't think ebay is the main place to sell accounts anyway.

if the person doing it in forum etc just report him with flag icon if something else noting to do and don't report the acc which was getting sold can be fake or he is just trolling can be urs or someone else acc he is trying to sell
