CSGO BANNED FOR ANOTHER 7 DAYS?

Well today i was playing comp like usually and i was doing a bit of team damage and i finally got killed( team damage was by accident ofc) so after i got banned i got a 7 day ban? but i have not gotten that in a while the last time i gotten that was 2 weeks ago shouldnt the ban had reset to 1 day?

Not necessarily. The ban length stops increasing at 1 week. You cooldown level does not. I don't remember the specific levels but lets say 1 week starts at level 4 and 1 day is level 3.

Every week you are unbanned your cooldown level decreases by 1. Every time you are banned it increases by 1. Once you hit 7 days you have to wait 4 full weeks to get back to level 0.

Additionally if you are at level 4 and get banned again you go to level 5 which is now 2 weeks of playing without bans to get back to level 3.

If tou get enough week long bans you could have to play clean for months before you get back to level 3.

Yes i know cooldown stacks, but it says it resets back to a day if i don't get banned for another week which i did and it still gave me a 7 day ban

it takes 5 weeks if you are on the highest tier to get back to 30 minutes again.

How long does it take to get back to one day ? because im not waiting a whole month of not playing

2 or 3 weeks for you probably.
