Trade Bot banned

So here i am. I am the owner of a trade bot, trading cs:go items.

Here is the account:

So yeah. Account was banned at ~Sep 29 2015 at 20:00 CET. I can read that out of my log files. Steam support is contacted already, but we all know how long they take to answer.

What i get when i login onto my account is this:

It references to this policy: Click me and i do not get what i did wrong. So final question is: Does someone ever had a trade ban with the same situation as me?

In general the bot was doing:

• Accepting/Declining incoming offers.
  
• Declining all friend invites (Users who had problems could add my main account)
  
• Sending offers (via ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥) (not empty, always: 1:1 trades, so no scam attempt, i have a full datatable of the offers if someone wants to see it, i can provide it.)

Do we have some bot developers here which were in the same situation as me?

that I did not see before.

only support can explain it if they want to.
you just need to wait up to 2 months.
