Windows 10?

If it's still an issue, try turning off your microphone enhancements.

I'm experiencing a strobe sound because it seems every other 1/3rd of a second my mike cut's out.
So it sounds like "H he l l ohh oh" instead of "Hello" I can't have a simple short sentence be understood right now. I test the mike on my pc settings (windows 8.1) and it's fine. I test it in Steam voice settings, and it's strobed like that.

Help me, steam community, you're my only hope!
Please direct me to the right place
