In home streaming "the screen is split into two"
I having a problem when i'm trying to stream a game from my gaming pc gtx970 to my htpc fitted with a gtx 950
on the htpc with the 950 connected to a Samsung tv , im getting the display split into two.
as i can't show pics here i'll leave a link to avforums showing you what i mean

I have tried un-installing steam and reinstalling it again , changed settings from 1080p to 720p
lowed bandwidth increased bandwidth
but i still get the same result.

does any one have any ideas please ?

i mangaed to do just that , before seening this , took me a while to fiugure it out , but got there in the end by enabling and disabling a few things

Thank you so much, I just ran into this problem last night for the 1st time.

Steaming used to work fine for me before in the past, so I thought it was something to do with a recent setting change. Direct X settings from DX9 to DX11 or a recent graphics driver update.

Also thought it was the settings for "Show Display Screen... Extend, Duplicate, Only on 1, Only on 2"

Streaming from gaming PC (980 GTX) to a laptop (1050 Ti), with the laptop connected to Samsung TV 50" via HDMI cable.

Will try changing the decoding settings. :conwayfacepalm:
