Doesn't seem to be there, but I already closed the key redemption window. I'll check it next time I redeem a key.
Also, I'm amazed at the "who cares" responses of people telling other users that this not important. Obviously, some of us care, as we are asking what's going on. If you don't care, move on.
At bare minimum, there should be an official answer. Presumably this is a bug, as Steam still tells you to "Print a receipt of this transaction".
And for all the "Dorm Lawyers" (or "Barracks Lawyers") out there: "Print Receipt" generates a document with a confirmation code [that you apparently can't retrieve at a later time] with the text on it clearly stating "It is recommended that you keep this information in a safe place. It can be used as proof-of-purchase in the future." So, yes, it is a form of "proof".

good luck unlocking an account with a printed receipt.
what is the law in your country about online "digital" purchases?
I think that trumps whatever is written with the receipts anyway.
in my country it means the receipt is totally useless because I agreed not to have a grace period with a digital product.
receipts not worth anything for proof of ownership on steam.
I am just an avarage consumer not a laywer of any "dorm"
This button no longer exists. Confirmation codes can no longer be generated. Or perhaps they are no longer visible to us.
It states along the lines to print a receipt for future safekeeping in which Valve has not removed yet.
From my last purchase "This email message will serve as your receipt. You can also access your Purchase History online at any time by visiting https://store.steampowered.com/account "
Especially since Steam disabled the feature that allowed sites like Humble or Gala to directly redeem keys to your account, this means that at some point I need to manually transfer a key code from elsewhere into Steam. Proving that I bought the key from a bundle site is not the same as proving that I redeemed that key in Steam.
if you have nothing the humble page is more proof than a receipt.
even your original account email is better than a receipt.
