My paysafecard
Hello. A few minutes ago i buy a paysafecard value 20 euro. I buy to my wallet a ten euro. When i accept everything and write a code i dont have a money !!! In official page of paysafecard its say i have only 10 euro what the hell? What i must to do now ?

Anything like pending, unfinished, incomplete and you need to wait a bit.

"waiting for transaction" wtf?

Your transaction hasn't finished. Your money is on hold.

If it succeeds, you'll get your wallet funds. If it fails you'll get your money back on the paysafe.
