Evidently it did, but I thought my last one hadn't posted
what is steam mouse sensitivity?
edit: i've already gone through numerous steam updates since installing it and I don't remember ever not having the slow scroll speed since I built my PC in June.
this is a new rig with plenty of space its a gtx 970 and amd 8310 it can handle application scrolling lol. I also scroll through every other application without a problem its only steam that has this extrememely low sensitivity. also as I said, when I google this problem it seems to be one thats been recurring for users for years. evidently only for select people though
Then move your mouse over to the scroll bar and scroll that way. Is it that hard? If that doesn't work, it's probably the sheer amount of stuff on the store's front page.
when youre using a huge screen yeah its pretty tedious to scroll with the bar. idk why anyone seems to think the steam client is too graphically taxing for a gaming rig to scroll through
the only way I was able to change it was to change my mouse scrolling from 1 line to 3 but its sped up my scrolling in everything else
if this dont work you need to head over to your configuration settings scroll lines 5-6 is the general speed.gl & hf
