[PROBLEM] Paysafecard paying- not working

Hello, just today i tried to buy for me a paysafecard, im from Czech Republic, so for me its 300CZK, in EUR is 11,07 (just for sure, course for 1 EUR=27.1100CZK), and i tried to buy a CS:GO, that as you might know, cost 10,99 EUR.
So just by logic, if i have on my PSC 11,07 EUR, and the game cost 10,99 EUR, i shoud be able to buy it right? Well, i have discovered that its not true anymore!
I just like normal got to the first page that was asking what kind of payment i want to use, so i selected paysafecard. Next page asked me if i accept terms of use, like normal, so i clicked on the checkbox, and clicked use the "paysafecard payment". Now here the problem starts, classic the window with the paysafecard site, and i entered the code as normal.
As i pressed the "submit" button, waited a couple of seconds, and then, on the top of the box where you write your code, showed me message saying something like: you dont have enough money on your paysafecard to complete this payment bill, please add more payment methods to complete the transaction. So i was impressed, and tried to check how much is on my PSC, and it said that i have all of my credit still on my PSC. I tried to buy it even on internet browser, restart PC, Steam. If you can help me, please add a comment :)

Make sure you have +10% more on PSC than you think you need.

That or use a Visa or MasterCard DEBIT CARD like a normal person.

Well that can make sence to have something more on your PSC, but still i think server shoud do something with this. I dont want to offend you, but using a term of normal person, only to those who have debit cards, visa, or else, is little bit off the point. Other people that are normal can use PSC anyway nah? But this is just a little joke from me :)
