Unsubscribe from steam beta through command line
How exactly can I do it? With which command should I launch the stable steam?

create a shortcut from the steam.exe and put this in the target box when you go to the shorcuts properties.
-clearbeta

example
\steam.exe -clearbeta

Am I doing something wrong? When I added -clearbeta into commandline, I was still in beta.

I never tried it in the CMD
try it in a steam shortcuts target box.

also it does not have to be the cause of any problems you have.

Deleting all files except Steam.exe, userdata and steamapps folders solved the problem :)

yes thats like a clean steam install.
you can keep the ssfn file(s) too for steam guard.
