I HAVE TO VERIFY MY GAME CACHE EVERY TIME I WANT TO PLAY SOMETHING, HELP!!!!

every time i want to play something in my library i have to verify integrity of game cache. is anyone else having this problem? or possibly know how to fix it? support isnt vey supportive.

there were only three files that were dangerous, theyve been removed and everything seems good with my games

good , I would put question marks at the tools you were using to this date.
even tools like ccleaner in the wrong hands can break stuff on your system.

so carefull what you have starting up.

whats a good system booster? that iolo system mechanic had a live boost setting and it made my games run great, since uninstalling it, theyre a little slower now. any suggestions?

a good system booster is running good software and a clean system.
adding a process to get more resources is snake oil.

learn to apply those tweaks yourself without help from software.
it probably just lowered your video settings.

and often with software like that they make sure you notice it when you uninstall it.

so nothing specific i could do? im dumb when it comes to techie stuff, even simple techie stuff. i just game thats it, thats the only programs on my pc now is all game related, nothing else. so is there anything easy that i could specifically do (certain settings) in windows or steam settings to improve my performance?

there are many aspects to it.
how much resources do you have free and how much can you free up.
what is your hardware capable of.

also look in a games forum for tweaks to make it run better.

there is no one solution on a computer every system is a little different.

no need to defrag game files in steam anymore thats outdated information.
