Sign in to Friends while in Big Picture Mode

Title says it all. Trying to find out where in the "new" Big Picture mode you can sign in to see your friends?

You're signed in automatically.

I set it up so it doesn't. Looking for the manual sign in....anyone ?

What happens when you open the friends list? Doesn't it offer an option then?

Can't find it....hence this thread.

I found it. On the friends list, one of the tool tips on the bottom of the screen say "Y actions". In other words, the Y button opens the actions menu. Guess three times why I am mentioning the actions menu.

And in those Y actions there is no option to sign in.

(There's gotta be someone else out there? I heard Steam is kinda popular with the kids???)

2. I am using the "new" version as well. Latest Steam updates & stuff.

Sorry my friend, but we're using different versions of Big Picture. Thanks for the screenshot though....I do apprecriate it.

Do you maybe mean "beta" when you say "new version"? In other words, are you in the Steam client beta?

You know, you could just go to the beta forum then if you're in the Steam client beta. Speaking about "getting mean", your "did you catch" is quite mean in itself. No, I didn't catch it because you never said "beta" at any moment! Without the "beta", I have the newest BP as well! Do you really expect people to guess that you're having a beta issue when you don't bother saying anything about it?

I found it. It's a glitch in the new Beta. The option to sign in isn't even in there yet. They're "working on it."

Oh well....
