Can't buy steam gift card from paypal?
I've been trying to buy steam gift card from paypal but it is showing this error.

Return to merchant and try a different payment method
We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).

I was able to buy steam gift card just one day before but now i am getting this error. MY paypal is verified so i want to know if there is any other peoples who are getting this error while trying to buy steam gift card from paypal.

do you have an american paypal address?

probably not so how did you manage to buy one before?

you must have a valid U.S. PayPal account.
