The only difference between 32 and 64bit is the amount of memory an application can address. 32bit applications can only address a maxium of 4GB of RAM.
There is zero need for the Steam client to need to access more than 4GB of RAM so there isn't a need for a 64bit version of the client.
well its just no other applications has the ( 32 bit ) tag on their name in the task manager , so its wht i was thinking ....
but if thats normal and same for everyone , then its all good
Theres more to it than just amount of ram it can access , 32 bit is generally slower than 64 bit in terms of overall performance
