Steam doesnt work
I tried to run Steam and got error message saying Error code:- 118 Failed to load web page (unknown error).What happens is that I'm still able to run games in my library, but I don't have access to anything else in the client or browser.I can't even access the Steam Store or other pages related to Steam in a browser.And when I try to open my friend list it says FRIENDS NETWORK UNREACHABLE.But whenever I use VPN i can access.

Please help me. I will gift you game or anything of you could help me

Well, that means that your ISP is blocking Steam. First step: change your primary DNS server to 1.1.1.1. That's Cloudflare whom I trust way more than Google with their public DNS server due to numerous privacy scandals surrounding Google/Alphabet.
If that doesn't work, then your ISP is blocking Steam on a deeper level than DNS and you need to talk to your ISP.
