Invalid Steam Gift Card

My recently bought new Steam gift card keeps saying invalid

Is it for the same country you are? Valve disabled redemption of foreign Steam wallet cards due to heavy abuse of them.

What region do you live in, and what currency does the card use?
(As of August 2020 (iirc), cross-currency redemptions are no longer possible.) If the currency used in your region is different than the one the card uses, you will have to purchase a wallet code with the currency that is used within the region you live in and refund the old one if possible.

Did you buy the code from one of the stores that are officially endorsed by Valve's list of official Steam Wallet Code retailers? If not, there is a possibility that you may have been scammed.

I live in Qatar and I bought a steam wallet gift card worth for $50 in Virgin megastore In Qatar, my steam's currency is in Qatari Riyals, and i asked the Store it self on what to do and they forwarded me to steam support but it says the same in the FAQs. Honestly don't know what to do and any help will be useful. There is not any official steam wallet code retailers here as fair as I know. My card is $50 and im in Qatar.

Did the retailer activate the card via the EPOS (till) system and do you have a receipt outlining this?

Those cards u can find in stores, have codes on it , but are not yet activated, when passed POS it will be activated code

Doesn't matter. Valve changed the rules and the OP can no longer redeem them in his country until the retailer purchases cards with Qatari Riyals.

So there is no hope?, the store that sold me the card told me to ask here because even they don't know what to do. So there is no chance??

The store needs to get stock in the correct currency and to stop selling the ones with USD.
