How to refund csgo prime account upgrade
I bought a prime account upgrade for csgo this morning (about 7 or 8 hours ago) and I played a few games of ranked, all of which had multiple hackers either on my team or the opposing team. I only purchased the $15 prime status thing so that I wouldn't have to face hackers anymore and clearly that isn't the case. Is there a way to refund it? when I tried sending a refund request, they just said "oh, you have 30 something hours on the game you bought". thanks for any help you guys can give me :)

Store page specifically states "This product is not eligible for refund."

Doesn't the store page for the prime update state that it's NOT eligible for a refund?

You get prime by level 20 or so.
I can not put my finger on it, but since the game went free to play i am not that good in this game anymore...... i guess
