Gamivo refund process

Recently Steam has changed its rules on redeeming wallet keys, it can only be done if the currency matches the account currency.

I purchased a wallet key without knowing about the changes and the Gamivo page (at the time) showed "GLOBAL" and my country was in the allowed list, no mention of any other restrictions. Code obviously does not work.

So Gamivo said they can resell the key but will only process the refund if the buyer confirms that the key is working.

I asked them about what happens if the buyer does not confirm anything but they didn't answer my question.

Anyone have any experience on the refund process? am i better off just listing on eBay?

Wow it's been a while since i did it, upon checking my emails i can see that Gamivo ended up reselling it to another buyer and then they refunded me.
