I need help i just cant connect to servers from android phone Steam app why ?? anyone help ?

Steam's mobile app does not install and run games. That's why.
If you can find the game on the Google Play Store you'll need to install the game you're trying to play from there, from a direct "install" link listed for that game on Google Play, not the Steam app.

I have a few games that have both a Steam and a Mobile (Android and IOS) version. The android/ios version doesn't work on computers and the computer version doesn't work on mobile devices. You most likely need to get the mobile version of the game if you want to play it on your phone, IF there's a mobile version available.

If there is not a mobile version available on the Google Play Store you're not able to play that game on your phone. Some games only have a computer version.

No man maybe u dont understand i cant join in Steam guard and text message to get in Steam application mobile

You have to set up Steam Guard to use it. Have you done that? When or if you have Steam Guard set up and you use a different device or browser to login to your account it (the app in this case) should prompt you for a code that's sent to the email address you use for Steam.
Make sure Guard is set up and check your email for the code.
