Windows 11 - Game won't launch / start fix

If you launch game via Steam, nothing shows up, it doesn't even error. If you launch via icon it says missing files and a couple DLLs are mentioned one after the other in pop-ups.

Solution:
Uninstall the 2015-2022 Visual C Redistributable packages (both x64 and x86) in appwiz.cpl
Download the 2015 Visual C redist and install both x64 and x86
Now download the 2015-2022 again and install both x64 and x86

Fixed the issue for me.
