Scam link

So i accidentally clicked a scam link, i read it too fast and i realised 2 seconds later that it s a fake one with extra letters , steammcomunnitty/gift/activation or smth like that
The tab in my browser did not fully load i rushed and closed it and anyway when my browser opens i am never logged into steam there
No strange things have happened so far, it was like am hour ago , im just curious if i downloaded the virus or it was that kind of link where you need to enter your details for them to be stolen. I asked here because most probably im not the first or the last one who encountered this situation. Thanks.

All the steps to be sure, in order...

Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/ or with whatever

Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Change your password on a secure device.

Generate new back up codes. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Revoke the api key (this should be empty) https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

And report the user who sent the link.
