My "steam time" is not my actual time

i've noticed that when i send a message to a friend or anyone through steam, the time it shows is 2 hours behind the actual time.

this doesn't really have any effect on anything but i found it curios and wanted to know if someone else had experienced this

If your PC is set to your correct time then the only thing I can think of is were is the server located that you are using. Look under Steam settings for downloads, the download server at the top of that page should be the closest to you.

right click clock at pc then adjust date and time , and country

dont forget to reboot, its more a so windows logs get corrected. asap.
