I have been trying to overcome this for like an entire day and nothing has worked. It keeps giving me this error even though I'm 10000000000% sure that I put the right Infromation into the right fields. I have no idea what to do. I've tried to add funds to my account and buy directly the products and I get the same result. (I use Visa btw)

Yeah no. Putting false information into the billing address field can get your account suspended/terminated.
Thats literally fraud.

Not really in this case. steam uses it to determine what taxes are in your province/region

Steam won't send anything to your home so if its your neighbours adress or a family member nearby it just wouldnt matter at all

If the billing address is different from the information on the payment method used on Steam (PayPal, credit card, bank account) it will trigger the Steam fraud protection and lock your account.
And then you have to explain to Steam Support why you provided false information on your billing information to get your account unlocked.

Sometimes we miss the cap or spelling.
What are you buying? and is it on Steam Store?
Dont use wallet funds just select your Visa debit card.
That you own and is validated by Steam.

Also yes, it is on the steam store, I'm just trying to buy some games.

Furthermore, this whole problem is stems from the fact that Steam won't let me use my Visa, saying the error I mentioned when all of the info I've put in is right.

The only ones who can potentially help you are Steam Support. Open a Support Ticket and tell them of your problem.


Btw the info on the credit card you are using and the billing adress are the EXACT same?
