How do I get a refund for one game if I boiught two at the same time?

I bought two games yesterday, one of them I really like but the other one is horrible, it's not fun at all! I want to get a refund for it and buy something else, but when I go to request a refund it bundles both games in the refund with no option clear to me to only choose one for a refund, which is really weird. What do I do here? I want to keep the good game and just get refunded for the bad one.

Since it's bundling both games you might have to refund both and then buy back the game you like then another game. Choose wallet for refund cause if you use a debit/credit card it will take 5 to 10 business days.

I only refunded one game in my 14 years I have been on steam and that was like 8 years ago.

Oh my god no... I did want to get a wallet refund, there's another game I want. I don't want to have to refund the good game Also I don't normally ask for refunds for games I don't like, but it was kinda expensive and the other game I want is the same price so it would work

Yea I'm just not sure how to do it since when you try to refund one the other gets put in there also.

You can always put in a help ticket and ask steam. Granted you might get a canned response but it might help.

if you bought more games at the same time then you have to refund the ussual way and then you will have to read the options. it will ask you what game you want to refund out of the multiple games

if you bought a bundle you can only refund the whole bundle
